If the product purchased on www.elleciboutique.com presents manufactoring defect or it doesn’t correspond to the right size, the customer can request the replacement of the product within the mandatory deadline of 3 days from the receipt writing at firstname.lastname@example.org .
The mail must contain the motivation of the return. The customer has to return the defective product in the original packaging, in all it’s parts. Elleci Boutique reserves the right to replece the returden product or to refund the customer by issuing a credit note of an ammount equal to the value of the product reduced of the shipping costs. In case of replacement of the product, the shipping costs for the replacement are borne by Ellecci Boutique. The latter will then replace the product with an identical one, or in case of out of stock, with one of equivalent value agreed with the customer. If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

5) The package travels at the risk of the customer.
6) The safety thread on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
7) Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (hangers, clothes covers, boxes, etc.)
8) ELLECIBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than those indicated in the email with return instructions.
9) If the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the return policy ELLECIBOUTIQUE.COM will not accept the returned goods and will be returned to the original sender address.
10) If the Customer requests reimbursement from ELLECIBOUTIQUE.COM, the refund will happen by crediting the credit card of the Customer (if the customer has paid with the Credit Card) or Pay Pal credit (if the customer has paid through Pay Pal) o bank transfer (if the customer has paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery). The crediting may be visible on the customer's credit card statement or bank account after approximately 30 days from the date of reimbursement.
Extra EU Returns Policies
For packages sent from outside the European Community the compensation for the return will be limited to the reimbursement or issue of a voucher and the return is charged to the customer. It is not possible to change the returned product with a different item , make a change in size or color. Should the customer be interested in making a size / color change, he will have to order from scratch.
